The purpose of this project was to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Macedonian legal framework regarding woman's rights protection, thus to contribute towards promotion on more effective implementation of woman's rights.

The content of this publication refers to the evaluation and results from the civil and criminal court proceedings, but to the relations between the courts, Ministry of Interior and Centers for Social Welfare as well. This publication gives clear insight on how certain rights are exercised such as right to trial within a reasonable time, as well as the equal applicability of law for all citizens of Republic of Macedonia through access to justice to the courts and all institutional systems.
