Training for NGO-s providing free legal aid to the victims of domestic violence

Macedonian Women's Rights Centre - Shelter Centre in cooperation with UNIFEM office in Skopje, held a training on protection of the victims of domestic violence. The training referred to the issue of providing free legal aid by the NGO-s to the above mentioned vulnerable group of women.

At one of the training's sessions, our attorney held presentation on the criminal aspect of the domestic violence,  where gave professional overview of the implementation of the free legal aid service through legal counseling and court representation in criminal and civil proceedings.

The training served to present our lasting work and to share experience with the other attending organizations, as well as to introduce them with the process of legal protection for the victims of domestic violence.
