 The office of the Sweden foundation Kvinna Till Kvinna in Skopje in collaboration with CIRa (Center for Institutional Development) has organized a seminar on a theme "Strategic Planning for Institutions/Organizations" from 16th till 18th of December. The seminar has been held in Veles and the same has lasted three days. The NGOs who have participated are being supported by Kvinna Till Kvinna referring to their previous working and among them the Macedonian Women' Rights Center - Shelter Center has took part with two representatives. The aim of this seminar has been to present some tools which will help to find successful management of the organizations, to take some necessary steps in order to face with the challenges and exceeding the unexpected risks.On the separate workshops by practical works formats for SWOT analysis have been prepared with stating each organization's strong sides, weak sides, possibilities and threats by which the organization will be able to understand if their previous work is compatible with the set vision and mission. The good formulation of the vision and mission are means for effective engagement of putting efforts to the activities which makes the organization recognizable. This training has been meaningful experience for all the participants, because the strategic planning as a mechanism is very important for decision making process and finding solutions within the organization in order to reach good results in the field of activities. In the forthcoming period, each organization, on separate workshops, with assistants of CIRa experts, will prepare own 3 years strategic plan and the further works will be directed relating to the next period.  |
